A New Website for Gutter Solutionz

The Challenge

I needed to renew the website and refresh it to be more in line with the company and its companies objectives. The current supplier was unable to meet the level of build that they required. 

Action Taken

We worked with Chris and his marketing team to develop a comprehensive brief based upon the buyer behaviour, the online behaviour and to encompass the current advanced SCO work they had done.

Results!

In November, leads were up 30% versus November the previous year. For December so far, leads are up 50% versus the same month last year!


Another interesting change is that leads from completed website forms now make up 50% of our total leads – this used to track at about 35%.


This indicates to me that the structure of the website is easy to navigate and the information is presented in a way that quickly creates trust – as indicated by the increased number of leads and the increased number of people who are happy to request a quote online without having talked to one of our team.


Very pleased with the results to date.
